Cheryl is a Wellcoaches® Certified Health & Wellness Coach who lives in Ithaca, New York. The focus of her practice is helping working moms feel more fit, confident, and relaxed using Mindful eating, stress reduction, and customized fitness planning. Through one on one coaching Cheryl will guide you in creating healthy lifestyle practices that you can enjoy and maintain long-term. Katrina is a Certified Integrative Holistic Life Coach who lives in Chittenango, New York. The focus of her practice is helping individuals maximize their health and mindset to create an upleveled life of freedom. Through one-on-one coaching Katrina will offer support as identify and eliminate limiting beliefs holding you back from the life of your dreams. Katrina is also a Wellness Advocate for essential oils and loves sharing her knowledge on ways to use natural alternatives to maximize your health.

10:00-11:00 AM-Creating Time for Physical Activity/Zumba® Class
Coach Cheryl will share simple strategies for fitting exercise into your busy life and finding a fitness routine that you can stick with! She will then lead us in an exhilarating 45 minute Zumba® class! Clear some space and come dressed to move! Footwear appropriate for fitness is recommended.

When we envision what it is that we would like to create in our life, we can begin creating the life of our dreams; emotionally, physically, and mentally. Join Coach Katrina as she goes through how to create a holistic life design and vision board.
7:00-8:00 PM–Mindful Wellness
We feel our best physically and mentally when we bring awareness to our thoughts, feelings, and habits, and listen to our bodies.Coaches Cheryl and Katrina will help you learn to better fuel your body and energy through Mindful Eating, Sleep Hygiene, and Holistic, Natural alternatives.

Relax and recharge with us as we practice some of our favorite stress reduction activities. Deep breathing, meditation, and essential oils are just a few of the stress relief options that you will love to make a part of your life.

Join Coach Katrina and learn how your emotional input creates a physical output. She will share ways integrate natural solutions to create a life of emotional balance you are ready for!
7:00-8:00 PM Closing Session- Setting You Up For Success
Now that you have learned so much about how to nourish your Body and Mind, how will you make these practices part of your life? Coaches Katrina and Cheryl will share tips on practical daily habits and steps for success, and guide you through setting a personal SMART goal based on your individual interests and needs.
